If your not desperate for it to get there go to a post office or Parcelforce depot and send it International sheduled. you can price it up your self on Parcelforce.com. all weight limits are there too. they do have quicker trackable services but you pay more for them.

Get someone to take it for you. Not as daft as it sounds: there are couriers travelling back to Oz without baggage, occasional travellers also without baggage, you can find them on the web with an ad. A small deposit will secure the service you need. Me, I'm not going there just at present, but I'd do it for you if I were and you bought me a crate of VB stubbies. Happy hunting!

It should be a fair bit cheeper to send it by mail. Let me see, um my wife sends stuff to her sister in south Africa and it's something like 10Pounds, that's about 17Australian dollars or something like that. So, depending on the weight of the suitcase, then it should be no more than 70Pounds or so to send. Where-as a flight has to be around 340Pounds or so.

it would probably be cheaper if you took it there yourself, im sure return flights to oz would work out cheaper than air mailing a suitcase full of stuff!!

Ask your airline...normally they are offering "unaccompanied baggage" and it doesn´t cost much
