He's physically fit. Takes time out of each day (I think 2 hours) to exercise. In that regard he sets a good example.

Hey... how come the president has more time to exercise than me?!

Actually- the only think I can recall where I almost saw him as a reasonable man, was his stance on illegal immigration. He actually, for the first time in his presidency, tried to bridge the gap between the right and left to a centrist position. It was the first time I saw him trying to act like the president of the united states, rather than the president of the right wing religious fanatics.

If he was not a politician ever and promised never to be one, he probably would be fun to hang out with. Seems to have a good sense of humor. I don't think he kicks dogs, he probably resents his background from time to time, as I'm sure we all do at times, and from what I know, he does not enjoy hunting small trapped wingless birds.

He knows his right foot from his left, I think. At least I haven't noticed any little labels on his shoes.

By the way, catcha22, it is documented that he used to torture animals as a child.

I dont really hate the man and to tell you the truth I think if the other candidate was voted in instead of President Bush we'd be in a bigger battle. I dont think he would've handled 9/11 the way bush did.
