I usually get seven or eight hours of sleep a night, I don't smoke and only drink socially, I dress warmly when it's cold outside, I don't share drinks or food with other people, I eat foods rich in vitamins and nutrients, and I even take a multi-vitamin. Why is it then that I seem to get sick more often than my friends who take none of these precautions? Is it my immune system or is there something else I can do to prevent getting run down and sick? Please let me know the secrets of the healthy folk.

Its by all probability your immune system. But the only one that can help check it, is your doctor. However you can go and see a Pharmacist ans ask him for things you can take to improve your immune system or you can go to the Health Food Store and they have a lot of things you can try. Goji berries or juice and noni juice are extremely beneficial. They are expensive but they do help. I have an overactive immune system that actually tries to kill all the good cells in my body and was on heavy meds, but now I've weaned myself off and switch between Goji and Noni.
It's worth a try, it's natural and doesn't put a strain on your liver as some medication.

There are 2 good products that I have tried and help with boosting the immune system. Black Seed Oil and Royal Jelly. Both will help the body improve its immune system and give you energy. You can find them here.

Vinegar has more germ killing powers than bleach. Eat foods with lots of vinegar, or salads with italian dressing or oil and vinegar dressing.
