There's a 7 day diet. Yes, it only lasts 7 days total. It will cut 7 to 15 pounds in 1 week's time. Thing is, it is very tough to endure.

Exercise is the answer to weight loss. Do a lot of weight training and eat a high protein diet, more fish,chicken and vegetable and less carbs like bread. Use protein powder to help build the muscles quickly. Good luck

Stop listening to what the guys are saying...start listening to what the girls are saying. It sounds like you are the ideal weight for your height and you have what they call "6 pack abs"..something that many men go to the gym and work out to achieve. They're just jealous of you. Your body is fine!

Um, sounds like you are on the lower end of the BMI chart. I would say don't loose any weight. If anything, you need to gain some muscle. Just bulk up and get some definition in your body.

According to the height/weight chart you are actually underweight for someone of your height with a small frame. People are stupid and say stupid things when they are jealous or insecure. Ignore them and worry about getting an education. Looks only last so long, an education will last forever.

um but i think you have a six pack bud. thats a good thing.
and your veins are supposed to pop out. and actually you shouldnt lose weight for being that tall. thats actually really skinny=) but i guess if you wanna you can work out. itll keep you in shape and tone your arms or whatever you need toning but really thats called a six pack. nice abs bud ;)
