You can't...you must physically sign a marriage license to be married.

Why would you want to get married over the phone. You can not get married over the phone because both parties and witnesses from both parties must be present. They have to sign off. Marriage is about love, and not getting into a country where they believe in free rights.

The only way you would be able to get married without being present is by power of attorney and I think that you would have to be a special circumstance like you are in the military over seas or something!

In America, you must apply for a marriage license - you must have your future spouse's photo id, social security number, name, address, date of birth, and place of birth. You must sign it pay a fee and wait 2 days. You must be married by a priest/pastor or a judge in a courthouse.

You have to do it via proxy. There are many stipulations to getting married over the phone. Talk to your local pastor, or justice of the peace. They will be able to decipher all the legal mumbo jumbo for you.

not possible. you need witnsses PRESENT and the minister has to be in front of BOTH of you. I've seen an internet cam wedding, though- try that!

i don't encourage you to get married over the phone or in the church live your live its getting harder and don't fill sorry after the honey moon Ive been there.....
