Get a friend or relative to put it in their name and have the bill shipped to your house and pay it.
Second way is even with out credit you can get a phoe with most companies first go to walmart and have yoru credit run.
If its no go then try a prepaid and if no one will assist you then just start applying credit with a bank by getting a secured credit card.

Its not super high with some companies. With Sprint it won't be higher that 150. Versus Verizon and Cingular who will ask between 600-1000 to start up.

YOU CAN'T. The only option is to get one of those prepaid T-mobile or TracFones or something. Every company that offers a plan does a credit check or they'll need a credit card as back up.

yes you can get a phone but will most likely have to pay a deposit which will be credited to your account after a year or two depending on the terms or refunded should you choose to cancel service after your contract.

w/ no credit you will probably have to put down a massive deposit. be sure to compare plans and shop around. they will usually give your deposit back (or at least part of it) about a year later. there are also great pre-paid plans if you dont want to put down the deposit. hope this helps :)
