In addition to those creams that help soothe the itch, there's also a totally natural supplement that you can take if you do have hemorrhoids that will cause the swelling to go down naturally without any ill-side effects. It is found in most vitamin shops, health food supplies and natural food supplements; I refer to MSM. It is an all-natural supplement (comes from dirt) and we normally get this from vitamins in very minute quantities. It takes about 3 weeks to it to start taking effect but once it does, you won't believe the effects. I use it for Rheumatoid Arthritis in addition to another supplement that contains Collagen type 2 (which promotes healing as well). A friend of mine, who is overweight and is on dialysis, was so desperate that he tried it and to his surprise it worked; I had also mentioned it to a very young relative and he tried it (the poor guy has had hemorrhoids since he was a teenager) and he now suffers no more from it!
Here's what you do, take one pill in the morning along with breakfast, one along with lunch and one along with dinner every single day. You should start to feel some relieve sooner than three weeks but it normally takes about three weeks. Good luck and best wishes.

Preparation H will shrink them and cut down on the itching. Constipation will also cause them. Best to take a stool softener to keep the anus from becoming inflamed and quit trying to force a bowel movement as that is the worst.

A doctor should have told you, for sure, if you have hemms or not. "Possibly" isn't much of a diagnosis. Bulk up on your fiber. I have found eating fiber loaded cereal(ie. Fiber one), at least once a day, works for me. You can actually mix it with your favorite cereal. They can give you creams and foams to help with the itching. Go find a doc that can give you more than "possibly". You could have tears or an infection.

It sounds like you should keep your anus clean and dry. Try Preparation H. Your doctor should have been able to say if it is hemorrhoids or not. I hate for a doctor to tell me maybe. Wash and dry after every bowel movement. It could also be bacteria. See another doctor.

surgery is the only to remove those hemi's.
I had that surgery this summer and it hurts like a mofo for about a week
Doing # 2 feels like you are having a baby out yo azz !
Go see a doctor, hemmi's are known to cause colon cancer. You don't want to go there !
Although it cost me $3,000 for the surgery,I know I don't have colon cancer !

I'm not totally sure but I think what I used to get was them. I think a hot bath and a good diet will cure them.
