Motorola Razr "403 Access Denied"? Problems?

Hey I have a t-mobile motorolla razr and whenever i go to a url to download an mp3 i bought it says "403:Access Denied". Is there a setting I need to change or something? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Well I think i know whats your problem. In order to download stuff like Mp3's and pictures off the net. You have to have a service called Web& Apps from T-mobile it cost 5.99 per month it lets you go on the internet.
