Typically 'Team Dynamics' refers to how people on a team relate to each other, and the overall feel of this group.

You normally hear the term when you're talking about a sport that really requires team members to cooperate - basketball, soccer, etc.

But Team Dynamics can play a part in Motorcross too - Back in the 1990's, Honda hired a team manager for thier Motocross/Supercross team that was very high strung. He liked to have complete control over his riders. Jeremy McGrath struggled with the manager, and eventually left the team.

In this case, the Team Dynamics didn't fit with the Rider Dynamics!

Hope this helps.
