The problems listed above shouldn't be blamed on women's quest for equal treatment--that's nothing but simple justice. They are, however, results of society's failure to adapt to the changing situation. We men have not stepped up to the plate and become equal partners. We can cook, too, and clean and help our kids with their homework, but many of us don't help out as often as we should. I'm as guilty of this as anyone else. But I'm trying. We all need to try harder.

No, the woman's movement was to get equal rights and equal opportunities for women which they have done. The way in which society has chosen to adapt to this change in the overall thinking about women and their role is what's taken the wrong turn.

It's a shame that history has shown women so oppressed that some felt the need to go too far. There should be a happy medium, something in between where the women can feel empowered in their lives and in control and yet the family doesn't suffer.

I believe those most active in the women's "liberation" movement got precisely what they wanted. Unable to play the role of a female properly, they let their resentment of the role blind their reason. The movement is an excellent example of the degree to which the ego can manifest its hatred in the world.

That those who allowed this are suffering, is whose fault? Of course its the fault of those who allowed these women to do what they have done.
