I'd go to 1964 and winess the sights of my own home town, and place of birth. I'd hope to see lots of people that have died and are sorely missed, and lots of the buildings and places in-and-around my home town that no longer exist. I'd also love to see all the 60s cars in regular daily use, and hopefully, get to drive a few.

I think i would go back to the 1950's, when life was a whole lot simpler. You didnt have to worry so much about your neighbors or locking your doors, a point in life that life was actually good.
