Hi in my dreams I can only feel aroused and feel the desire to make love, and when I make love to a guy I feel all the emotions and the excitement and so on. But in waking life, I don't get aroused ever. Yeah a desire to have sex but I can't feel anything sexually no matter what I do. If a guy touches me or if I try something to arouse me nothing works.

So after I have a sexual dream I'm happy all day/

So my question is any suggestions on how to get a sexual dream every night?

Read lots of erotic fiction maybe for ideas.

I feel really sad for you in not being able to really enjoy actual lovemaking. Maybe somebody REALLY gentle and REALLY patient could help you with that. Something REALLY bad must have happened to you. Maybe therapy?

A dream is a sub-reflection of real life. So if you are aroused in dreams, you want to be aroused in real life, but there is something blocking you. Usally anxiety of what might happen can restrict it. Also Stress can take your mind out of the moment, and make you think of something else. Who you are with can also affect this. If you tend to be a more quiet and subtle person, a complete stranger is not going to do anything for you. But someone you know well, or have met before may arouse you when you least expect it.
As for haveing a sexual dream every night, it is vertually impossible to bring the dream you want. You may want to look more into why you cant be aroused in real life.

Well, I guess that's your fantasy since you can't feel arouse in your "waking life" I've heard old people said... If you think about something a lot especially before you felt asllep, that last thing you think about is what you will dream. Don't count on it too much. I know this sounds crazy and it might be a bad advice, but have you try watching porn to see what makes you exciting and horny> maybe that'll work. Buy some toys... it'll help you to be able to enjoy yourself.

My advise, stop dreaming and start screaming for real. There's nothing more exciting than the real sexual pleasures. You just have to be more adventerous and imaginative towards sex. Probably you should talk to your partner first and let him know what you want to do or not to do.

hum...........think of someone you might want to be aroused with and maybe they will be in a dream with sex, think about your dreams before you go to sleep..........dreams are very unpredictable, I know how you feel. I don't want to wake up because when I do, it's a disappointment..........dreaming is sooooooooo great!

it extremely is declared that that notwithstanding you dream, the entire opposite of that occurs in actual existence. some goals do no longer make sense to an familiar individual yet an astrologer or psychiatrist would desire to interepret better. ( do no longer overlook to vote)

you could have to much anxiety in your waking life, and unlike alot of others, your dreams is where you feel most free and relaxed.
