Hi a beer belly in english is just to describe a man with a large belly from all the alcohol they drink. After a while they get a large stomach that sticks out like they are having a baby, if women drink alot they get a beer belly too, but on women it goes to other places not just on there belly like on men. I dont know where you got the big man willy belly from, but if you take out the willy, then you will have big man belly, so that is close.

I can assure you that a beer belly certainly is Not a willy belly. Actually never heard that one before but as for a beer belly ,its nothing but over indulgence that makes the stomach hang down and looks obscene. Most men will say its their muscles that have collapsed and there's nothing they can do .I don't think they ever look in a mirror or they would do something about it ,as for a woman with a beer belly well that's just a nicely plumped up curvaceous woman who has worked her guts out most of her life and as they relax they tend to slightly over eat

A beer belly (here in America) refers to the big pregnancy round type of loose fat around the middle. We call it a "beer belly" because plenty of guys who sit around knocking down "cold ones" end up with a sloppy fat physique. Think Santa without the red suit-EWWW!

its a preleading cause of Dunlops deseise. You know, when your belly Dun Lops over your belt line... guys who drink alot tend to get rather large bellys.
