In philosophy, a fact is the state of affairs in reality that corresponds to a true proposition in a human language
In science 'fact' is an objective and verifiable observation.
Outside of science, a word 'fact' may be associated with some of the following:
An honest observation confirmed by widely respected observers.
There is, however, no single definition of truth about which scholars agree, and numerous theories of truth continue to be widely debated. Differing opinions exist on such questions as what constitutes truth, how to define and identify truth, what roles do revealed and acquired knowledge play, and whether truth is subjective, relative, objective, or absolute.
To me the truth is that which sets you free.
Reality is a perspective on your surroundings.
In the strict sense of Western philosophy, there are levels or gradation to the nature and conception of reality. These levels include, from the most subjective to the most rigorous: phenomenological reality, truth, fact, and axiom.
Other philosophies, particularly those founded in eastern religions like Hinduism and Buddhism have different explications of reality. Conceptions of reality in Buddhism include: dharma, paramattha dhamma, samsara and maya (illusion in Sanskrit).

You will have to explore life, take risk to find what is truth, reality and fact. Though what i say is theorothical, the fact remains that when you will try to observe facts and reality of life, then you as a presence of ego cannot exist with the fact. It will be a painful experience. READ FURTHER ONLY IF YOU CAN WITHSTAND THE PAIN OF FACING REALITY. Take for example, you are married. Though your mind should only be interested in having sexual intercourse with only your wife, the fact remains that it is attracted to any women which is beautiful. The fact remain that you feel that there is nothing wrong in having sex with other women provided no one knows about it. NOW COMES THE DANGER ZONE. Now think the other way around. Even your wife can be sexually attracted towards other men but may not get into a sexual intercourse since she is financially dependent on you. Women are polygamous in nature as men are. You may be experiencing a burning sensation in your body but that may be the ego is suffering, the mind. The fact is mind cannot withstand fact. But once you are strong enough to see all facts of life, then life as its own beauty. If you feel there is any element of truth, then do not forget to read books or hear audio tapes of OSHO and J.KRISHNAMURTHI, most beautiful person in the world ever existed. The time that i have spend with them was like LIVING IN PARADISE. hope you may experience the same?

Truth is the essence of object as perceived by the seer or observer. Fact is the truth established on circumstances and other actual evidence/events.Reality is the truth of the observer.
Example:The fact of the existence of planets is observed by the scientists and accepted as such. The truth behind the facts are changed from time to time.Such as, Pluto is no longer a planet, as per the latest observations.Reality is that today's scientists are more evolved than the earlier ones.

Truth is what humans search for. Fact is the truth they believe to have already discovered, and the reality of it all is, we will never stop searching for the truth.

The obvious answer is 42
An alternate view: reality [simply] is..whatever is, is real
truth, fact however...aren't absolute...
some would say that if it is not expressible in mathematical terms...it is opinion
others have said that truth, fact, and reality are inventions of the human mind....they are words that express our limited understanding of existence...

Truth is merging with the divine - the self, the consciousness
fact is provided by research and science by testing reality, to get the truth
reality is we all are born and die eventually and far far away from the truth.
