It was pretty bad. That man was really dedicated to making a movie. My kids still beg me to eat at McD, but we try to substitute milk for the pop, salads for fries and yoghurt for ice cream. Still tastes bad, but at least we are reducing the fat!

I believe that the movie, while definately gross, was very informative about the dangers of eating fast food often. Hopefully your not like the guy on the movie and eat it for every meal, but even couple times a week is harmful. Too bad grocers and the goverment make it so expensive to eat as healthful as we should.

I LOVE McDonalds. That movie will not change what I eat as far as fast food goes. The only thing is that we cannot eat it everyday like he did. Once in a great while is fine. We still need our fruits and vegetables and excersize 1 hour per day. Thats it, its not that hard, we are all just too lazy to do that. Dont let a movie control what you do, that is just stupid. Eat what you want, but everything in moderation. Just be healthy.

I rarely ate fast food before the movie, and I haven't eaten it since. That movie was one of the best public service announcements about diet and nutrition I have ever seen, and all of the American Public should be forced to watch it.
Imagine how much the cost of health care in the US would DROP if people ate healthy food... it would cut down on issues with heart disease, obesity, liver disease, etc. and we'd be a much healthier and happier society.

Definitely. I would not have watched it, but my daughter has to watch all those crazy shows that have to do with weight loss, gain, etc. I thought it was a horrible show, and it made me never want to eat McDonald's again. But I had a Big Mac last night. LOL!

I'm grossed out that McDonald's claims their food is able to be eaten for every meal.

I hate that movie. And I hate the guy that made that and 30 Days. I think he is just a really stupid guy who tried to be cool.
