Yes. His name was John (for personal reasons, I won't give his last name) and he was a firefighter. He was off-duty, but when things began to happen he, like every other off-duty firefighter, answered the call. They found his body in the rubble of the North Tower of the World Trade Center, drapped over the body of a young woman. They believe he was trying to protect her from the falling debris, but there was just too much.

i did my daughter died on sept 11 1998. its also her birthday, didnt happen in the attacks but i did lose her on this dayGod bless those who lost a loved one on this day

my aunts husbands brother and sister worked in the south tower. but lucky they got out like 5 minutes before the south tower went down

i almost lost someone.My best friend's dad worked in the twin towers, and he had a dentist appointment before work, so,thankfully, he had to go into work late.(lol, he ended up not going to work that day)-duh!
