To be able to have a successful team. What are the importance of communication and what are the best communication techniques?

It is important to feel comfortable with one another. When something is said that is upsetting to someone it is important to respond without anger and for everyone to feel free enough to comment.
The biggest challenge is keeping emotions in check. Sometimes putting someone in charge of "reminding" others to control their emotions in a positive and friendly way is helpful.
It is important that only 1 person speaks at a time and that everyone listens to the speaker.

A succesful relationship. The importance is to have everything out in the open and yes, honesty is the best policy! Just be yourself and don't try to demean someone, Empathize with them and let them know you're a person too and not some ROBOT!!!
