i ate some meat loaf today nothing else and now i have this weird pressure right under my chest right in the middle but above my stomach and the pressure goes all the way through to my back what is it or could it be??

sounds like gas to me drink water and walk a little it will go away hopefully if not go see a doctor.

It could be something as simple as indigestion or gas, or it could be something more complex. If drinking some water doesn't wash it down then perhaps a visit to the physician is in order, just to be safe. If it is painful and radiates the pain through to your back, it could be something serious. Check with a doctor.

It may be gas. Sometimes it travels around in your chest and causes pressure. Try an anti-gas medicine. If it doesn't go away after an hour or two, go consult a doctor ASAP.

could be gas but whose the doctor or has an xray machine to tell you should go to urgent care to find out or you could take some baking soda and see if you can belch it out of you or move around see if the pain moves or subsides with movement
