I'm taking a World History class and I have to do a paper on guild masters and what they did as a living and the daily life of one. Please Help!

They run the guilld. Are you talking about world of warcraft or another mmorpg?

In that case it would be orgainizing raids, recruitment, etc.
making sure everyone gets along.
