Salvation... Catholics and protestants both believe salvation is a gift that comes through faith in Jesus Christ. Heaven and Hell, angels and demons, resurrection from the dead.. the main difference is that catholics put a lot of stock in Mary.. where as protestants believe she was a great person but not someone to pray to. Catholics also seem to add on a lot of things the bible said not to do.. like praying to saints.. calling men father, wearing long flowing robes, following traditions of men more than the word.. repetitive prayers, etc.

I'm not really sure what you mean by chart, but I'm certain that the two religions share the same point of view on abortion, pre-marital sex, marriage, things like that.
It's mostly their doctrine that they are different on. They both believe that Christ is the Messiah, however.

The RC church didn't always believe people who aren't in the ministry should have a copy of the bible. It was restricted to ministers in the RCC.
If you want a straighter more precise answer, read Martin Luther's 95 Theses, the Edict of Worms, and Luther's reply at the Edict of Worms.
