supervisor ask me to clean out his trash can ( I'm a intern at a prison for deliquent kids) I did because I did not want to be charged with insorbordant behavior, afterwards he told me my porbationary period will be extended giving no date until when and told me to start looking for another job. All of the other employees started calling me names. Because of what I had to do. I never told them so it must have been the supervisor. I feel very humillated and stressed and in fear of loosing my job. What are my rights this was not my job the supervisor was just being nasty and rude and trying to belittle me.

I would look for another job...but at the same time:

Are you in a protected class? (race, sex, etc.) What kind of names are they calling you? Have there been other behaviors that would lead you to beleive that you are being discriminated against? If so, go see Human Resources and file a complaint. They should launch an investigation. If not, go see the EEOC.
