As the other poster mentioned, invasion of privacy I would think is the most obvious issue. Also, expanding on the issue of "failure" that the other poster mentioned, being famous tends to put you on something of a national pedestal. That's why you hear these professional athletes complaining that they shouldn't be held to higher personal standards than other people, but that logic simply doesn't cut it in today's world. People hold celebrities up as some sort of gods, but they are people just like us non-famous types. When a famous person screws up, it's national news.
Another more subtle issue is regarding personal relationships. I would think the famous would have a difficult time determining who their real friends are.

Please plan your essay with the following questions: Why? What? Where? Who? Whom? If you can answer those questions, you will have the content of your essay.Most people are not famous because 1) other people's opinion 2) a lack of praise 3) not marketing their fame or idea 4) what they do is seen as mediocre 5) their introvert personality. You need to be self-confident and an extrovert. 6) poor time management 7) poor personal management 8) Not believing in their own idea/ project. Use these ideas and write a few short sentences on it. Very easy question. You lose something very important when you become famous. PRIVACY. People watch what you do and when. If you are too famous you can't even go out to public places and have a good time.
Also tabloids lie about what you do.
