Erectile Dysfunction. There are a number of causes.
If you're talking about in the first minute or two- that's a problem.
If we're talking about 10 minutes into sex... then you should be impressed that he can even keep it up that long.

Are you getting satisfied? That is the question. Whether he's soft or hard, cumming or not cumming, are you having the big "O" each time?

the problem is probably related to erectile dysfunction. ED is not as uncommon as you are led to think. my urologist recently told me (an ED patient) that 3 million American men seek help for ED,
3 million men refuse to admit they have ED, and 3 million men accept ED as the end of their sex life and seek no medical intervention.
I chose to seek help. i've tried viagra, levitra, cialis, penis pumps, penis suppositories, and penis ejections---all to no avail. perhaps a semi-erection is achieved but nothing substantial enough for penetration or completion of the act. Currently, I'm scheduled for penile implant surgery as the last hope for regaining erection ability.
talk w/your husband about the situation. please don't approach it from a "someone's at fault" standpoint. suggest he go on-line and research ED. he should also be persuaded to see a urologist to be tested for blood flow, testosterone levels, etc.
if he's taking any medications for diabetes, depression, or high blood pressure, they can be the culprits causing the problem
assure him that he's not alone, there are many other men struggling with the same circumstances.
the good news is there is successsful theraphies that may be beneficial to your husband. he has to see a specialist and one by one try these drugs, procedures out.
best of luck. it will be ok!

There can be many causes for soft or weak erections, or problems maintaining an erection. These causes include age (usually after 30), vascular problems, penis injury, such as damage to veins and arteries inside the penis, a hormonal imbalance, excessive stress and anxiety, diabetes, chronic smoking/drinking, drugs, over-masturbation and sexual exhaustion, or surgery. If left untreated, weak erections can lead to permanent sexual dysfunction!
