drink plain natural yogurt (midium cup) mixed with fresh hi calcium milk and ad 2 teaspoon of natural honey then stir well ,drink at night. eat more protein after 4 pm, also all kind of nut like almond,etc except peanut,,,,,u will looking good esp ''skin''

Go get some Creatine from the GNC strore and dont workout, you pack it on!!!

if you dont eat enough, your metabolism will slow way down, so when you do eat your body stores it as fat instead of burning the calories off.
