After week one and before MNF games I would have to say the Bears. Defense shut the Packers out of the endzone. It was the first time that Favre had ever been shut out. The offense for the Bears had its way with an inferior Packer Defense. An all around smackdown by the Bears. The Ravens looked impressive too.

I don't think this question could be correctly answered right now, based on so far this season and preseason, the bengals, colts, seahawks. However, there are teams that have greatly improved the past couple years, including the cardinals, broncos and ravens. I say right now, that there isn't one team above the others, its amongst these best.
The best will be the most consistent of these

Too early to tell, but I'm leaning towards the Colts, followed by the Steelers, Seahawks, Patriots, Cowboys, Panthers & Bengals
