Every female is different. Some females experience no or few symptoms and some females seem to have them all. Symptoms of pregnancy include but are not limited to: missed period, implantation bleeding (brownish or pinkish color), tender/sore breasts, enlarged or darker colored nipples, fatigue, nausea, cramping, headaches, back pain, sickness from food or certain smells, frequent urination (usually later in pregnancy), heartburn, weight gain, moodiness, dizziness, fainting, etc.

When I was pregnant I was tired all of the time.I had no idea I was pregnant I just though I was tired.Than I started throwing up every morning.I was never hungry but I was gaining weight.I also started having the most bizarre dreams.If you don't want to take an at home test go to your local family planning they'll test you for free or go to your regular doctor.

lol, this is a tricky question, only because some woman can actaully skip all side afects, which includes missed period.
some signs though do include nausea, sore tingling tender breasts, vomiting, umm frequent urination, umm not sure what else but i would check with a doc

some minor cramping in your lower abdomen..heartburn...soreness of the breasts and nipples...
