The question of a Nick Rewind channel for shows such as Clarissa Explains It All, Pete & Pete, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Roundhouse, etc. has been talked about for a while. Some have given the argument that an entire channel just doesn't have enough of a fan base, which makes sense. I think I've come up with the solution: Nickelodeon should reserve Saturday Nights from 10 e to 6 e for classic Nickelodeon programming. Nick at Nite would still be on Sunday-Friday. This would allow the mid-90's kids such as myself the opportunity to enjoy these old shows without distrupting current programming and without creating an entire channel.

What does anyone my age think about this idea?

I would LOVE this. I just went on a nostalgia trip last night and started watching old epi's of 'Are you Afraid of the Dark?' I forgot how much I adored that show when I was a kid. Such cool, well written little stories! Some of them are still pretty creepy and I've been watching horror movies since I was really young. Watching them now to get psyched up for Halloween.

I'd love to see Salute your Shorts agin too. I used to watch that all the time when I was a kid. Like you said, Clarissa, Pete & Pete, All That, Alex Mack......*sigh* Some of us grew up with those shows, so I love your idea!
Write to Nick, tell them to get this channel going!
