How is it possible for someone to have you locked up for bank fraud when you shared a bank account with them ?

they are sitting with you on a daily basis transferring money from there account into yours and your doing shopping and other things for them then they get mad at you and accusse you of stealing the money?

I work at a bank and From my knowledge that is not possiable, If you are both on the account, You are both intitled to the money, For example My fiance and i have a joint account, I can wipe the account clean and guess what he CAN NOT do anything about it. If i were you i would look more into it. Oh and if there is checks bouncing you will BOTH be charged.
