1.The Pitching Coach and Catcher should have known better then to let Pedro pitch
2.Grady had a bad case of diarrhea and was on the crapper when the choice was made to leave him in
3.They did lose 3 other games before that game
4.David Ortiz struck out 8 times that series
5.Todd Walker was their best player that series hitting 370 with a team high 2 homeruns
6.Tim Wakefield was the best starting Pitcher going 14 inning in 2 games with a team low 2.57 ERA (that good for him but when your best pitcher is your knuckleball pitcher you’ve got problems)
7.They had no relief pitching
8.The Yankees players were on Steroids
9.MLB hates when the Red Sox win cause then they can’t sell the world series in New York
10.Grady was busy picking his nose and didn’t know that he had just picked his butt

1. Pero is well Pedro. One of the best pitchers of all time and i would expect him to come through in the clutch.

2. They lost 3 other games before that.

3. They did not lose the game in that inning, they just tied it. They lost the game in extra innings.
