My fiance and I are trying to conceieve. My "most fertile" days were between the 6th and today, the 11th. We were intimate all through the week in order to get pregnant. Last night I noticed very light cramps, with no pain at all, below the belly button to the left. Today I woke up and took my son to the babysitters to go to work and got very nauseated and dizzy. Is it possible to have these symptoms so soon, or is it maybe all in my head? I'm keeping an open mind so I don't let myself down if I'm not pregnant, and with my first son it wasn't planned so I wasn't exactly looking for these signs so early on. Can anyone help?

I noticed signs with my first son very soon, now thinking about it. I had to wait at least a week to take a HPT and it was the longest week of my life! LOL I was only 15 at the time so I had no clue "when" I was most likely to get pregnant. I just woke up one morning very nauseasted and went back to sleep, then I just "knew" I was.

The tiny cramps could mean you were ovulating right then, if so you still have 48 hours to go. I hope you're successful!

I'm on the same cycle as you! My last period started Aug 28th, 7 weeks after stopping the pill, and lasted 4 days. Last night I also felt mild cramping and today its more on my right side, as if I'm ovulating today. I don't have much cervical mucus though, and I read that this is necessary in order to conceive. I honestly feel its too early to know if fertilization has happened. I'm pinpointing every little feeling right now, hoping I conceived, or am about to. I have a 7 year old daughter, and am ready too. I know how you're feeling...I'm in the same boat. Good luck to you!

It's really too early to tell. Pregnancy symptoms are often confused with other causes. You are fertile for a few days after your peak ovulation. It sounds crazy but worrying can actually change your chemical make up and can effect your chances of getting pregnant. You probably know this, but for the best sperm count, you should only make love every other day during your peak week. I've found relaxing and just enjoying my relationship to be the best policy.

I hope you are. That would be great! I will say from experience though...when my husband I were trying I would get symptoms like that and I would really think I was pregnant and then it would turn out that I wasn't. I think sometimes when you really want to be pregnant, it makes you hypersensative to any little signs. I hope thats not true with you though. When did you notice signs for your son?
