Thanks everyone who responded. I believe your unhappiness is due to your own doing in most cases. Ask yourself this question, am I not happy because of what and could I have prevented? If yes, you'll find that most 90% of the misery is self-inflicted. So the good news is that you can prevent other problems in the future. Another misery is that we humans are brained washed to think that if we don't have that or this then we're miserable. It's the obsession of the need for attachment that causes misery. For example, you didn't get that job, or you didnt get that girl/boy or you didn't get that car. These are physical needs in which we are brained washed with, you'll know that everything physical is temporary and everything spiritual is permanent. I can go on and on but I'll leave it at that. I hope I gave you people a little room to ponder. :-)
