Yes it's on film. Steve Irwin's wishes were that if he was ever killed while doing what he loved to do, that it be aired, but I don't think his wishes are going to be respected.

Yeah his death was caught on film. They aren't releasing the footage, but things always find their way to the internet!

Yes, the footage was caught on film but Steve's friend who filmed it said it would never be aired. I think it's horrible to want to watch it. I'm curious--why do you want to watch?

I heard that Steve said he wanted his death on tv if and when it happened to show people the dangers of what he did.

I think it is. But they are not going to show that on television. Try steakandcheese.com they have some of the sickest things on that website including the beheading of this one guy that went over to iraq it was so disgusting I puked in my mouth watching it.

its true he passed away-- its very sad. however you probably (nor anybody else) will never be able to see it, its been told that the tape will be destroyed as how is should be!!! why would you want to see such a highly respected man get killed anyway? find something else better to do with your time. and for wverybody else who wants to see it, what is your problem??? give him and his family respect. would YOU like to see a loved one who was killed broadcasted on the news and on the internet?!?

yup, it is; i heard the widow said she'd release it later but now i hear they're never going to release it. things always make it on the internet though. isn't it ghoulish to want to watch someone's death; not to mention insensitive? the guy's dead; give his family a break.
