try tea tree oil before you goto work and after you go to work and use a good daily facial wash...if you wear makeup wear the neutrogena clear makeup to control oil and fight spots and if that fails go to your gp and get prescribed a mild steroid cream and that should blast the little buggers! lol xxx

Scrub, wash, tone and moisturise.Use a moisturiser that has a matte finish.Buy gentle cleansing wipes and use them with your moisturiser about every 21/2 to three hours. You can use a clay mask about once or twice a week. Avoid putting your hands to your face and make sure your hand are free from dirt and oil before putting your hands on your face.
Drink about 2 litres of water and cut down on oily and salty foods and include more fruit and veg in your diet

I can suggest a quick fix that really works! If you apply toothpaste to the zit (you might want to do it before you go to bed or when no-one will see you because you will look a little bit silly). It dries out the spot completely which allows it to heal up in record time. Try it, it really does work. If all else fails, look for products containing salicylic acid as this is also an amazing zit zapper. good luck...........

if you mean dark or light spots on the skin try this -
for dark spots:
cut a lemon in half and rub some of the juices on it and go outside and give it some sun. they say lemon on skin causes it to lighten.
for light spots:
do the same thing except use a lime. it causes the skin to get darker.
if i misread your question im sorry.. im not sure what a chip shop is.

Have a good wash after work. Don`t use normal soap though as this traps the grease in. Use clearasil or similar product and your skin will turn lovely and smooth. If this doesnt work get a job in the bakers next door!

Change jobs!
Failing that, remove make-up (if worn) straight after work with LUSH HANDMADE COSMETICS Babyface and warm damp cotton wool pads then wash with Fresh Farmacy bar, tone with Tea Tree Water and use a light, non-greasy moisturiser (LUSH staff can reccommend the best one for your skin). In the morning wash with Angels on Bare Skin, tone again with Tea Tree Water and moisturise with same light, non-greasy moisturiser.
