Hey stores in my area already have Christmas decor out! Talk about jumping the gun. It's gotten to where the holidays arent even fun anymore, they are so commercialized. They dont want to let you stop and enjoy the celebration of them, they just rush you right on thru to the next one. Let us at least savor the candy corn from Halloween before you start ramming pumpkin pie and fruit cake down our throats!

Thanksgiving - what are you talking about? Stores around Chicago skip over that altogether and start getting Christmas set up around mid-July!

Go to a Cracker Barrel restaurant, they've had Christmas trees up for 3 weeks at least! Drives me nuts. Pretty soon they'll just sell this stuff year-round.

Better stock up now - you'll be in trouble if you need a Fall center piece in, say, late October. At that time there'll be nothing but Christmas & winter decorations available!

I haven't seen any Thanksgiving stuff yet. They always put stuff out early, maybe you don't get out much cuz they do this every year! Is disgusting, I know.

that's the way it always is with retail... its hard to find a bathing suit in July... the same with decorations.... most people plan ahead of time... its better that way cause come mid November... everything is half off

They're skipping Halloween? Was there a big Christian/Jehovahs Witness protest about Halloween that I missed?
