the ability to see all points of views in order to understand how to comprehensibly resolve disputes between foreign governing bodies and one whose ability to see through the bull before deciding to make a bill a law and again see all angles of said bills and laws and ones ability to make the hard choices when dealing with those who are intent on violence and tyranny

Honesty, please! I also think that our leaders SHOULD respond to polls. The majority, for instance, want us out of Iraq. Why won't anyone listen to us? Leaders should be fully accountable to the people that put them in office.
