I do know that police do consult psychics, but they keep it on the down-low, and will not acknowledge it as an official activity.
I believe we are are all psychic, it's just a matter of developing it in each of us and to what degree. Being psychic is really about intuition and it doesn't mean that somebody or anybody knows everything!
On another topic, I have heard from reliable sources that there is technology that the C.I.A. uses through N.A.S.A. that would blow your socks off! Privacy is becoming an illusion in our society.

There is no such thing as a psychic. No human being is a telepath. Clairvoyance does not exist. Neither does telekinesis, or any other of those mysterious mind powers. The whole business of theosophic mental powers was invented as commercial hype, right alongside astrology and aliens from outer space, in order to wow the gullible.

There actually are people stupid enough to believe in the latest fad that comes along. Recently, it was "The One Power" so-named after the One Power in Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time fantasy series. Before that, it was "The Force" from Star Wars. Everywhere you go, you'll find idiots who have trouble distinguishing the real world from the fantasies they've been entertaining themselves with. And hucksters, like the ones who sell tabloid newspapers, are quick to separate fools from their money.

No, the government does not have psychic police. If the government has ever said it had psychic police, then it was lying. It's certainly possible that the government has tried to build up a myth of having psychic police in order to intimidate criminals (and ordinary people like us), but all propaganda is, really, is an attempt to persuade or motivate, and such an attempt can use both truth and lies.

It would make a cool premise for a movie, but I've never heard of a case where someone was convicted of committing a crime by means of psychic power. So I don't see why the government would need psychic cops without evidence for psychic crime.

Yes, but they fired the ones that were on duty on 09/11/2001.

The new ones are working much better, huh? Now if they's just tell us where Bin Laden is and how we can get out of Afganistan and Iraq...
