If he's such a great president, why have 60% of Americans lost confidence in him, and why does 90% of the world think that the USA has lost its credibility because of him?

well i'm not a Dub Ya lover, but I believe the responses you'll get will be something along the lines of "we don't care", and "shut up before we invade you next" or some kind of self centered response......I think it is very unfortunate... please realize that the decisions he makes are not a reflection of everyone in the US.

Here's a question since you love the polls so much, Lib; If Bush was so hated, and that's what the polls showed, that he was losing to both Kerry, and Gore, then why did he win in the face of sagging poll numbers? I know why, it's because the Libs, and their media use polls to express what they WANT TO HAPPEN as opposed to what the real deal is. As for the rest of the world, I really don't give a rip, and I'd be willing to bet that most Americans don't care either. I know this, Clinton ignored Bin Laden after many attacks on America; Our embassies, our S.S. Coal battleship, The 93 WTC attack... We were called to war long ago, and unlike Bill Clinton, Bush took them on!! He's a brave man. Americans are brave people. I'm proud to live in a country where people will put their own asses on the line to save their fellow Americans. God bless those Firemen, policemen, and American soldiers! God bless the family members of the victims of 911!! GOD BLESS AMERICA! We will not be bullied by cowards that hide behind a radical religion!!

you're basically getting your self right into a pissing contest. Time to enable bypass of the gangster mentality. both activities are operating as a crew to ruin the country. Whom ever comes after BHO, will proceed the ball rolling, a lifeless ringer for Bush persevered Clinton's stride. supply up being a lemming, and verify out to have an unique idea. there is the position the area is, no one thinks for themselves any more desirable.

Well, the first World Trade Center bombing and the USS Cole attack were both under Clinton.

The terrorists hated us then. 9/11 was planned under Clinton. The world has resented us due to our status as a super power since WWI, and even moreso after WWII.

Get a grip. We have not lost any credibility under Bush. At least he stands up for us and our safety.

For TRUTH's sake, can we at least correctly identify things, and call them by their real names?

Bush's approval rating is at about 40% (or less). That does NOT mean that 60% have lost confidence in him. It means that 60% have some issue with how he is conducting his policies.

As for the rest of the world - either prove this 90% or shut up. I think you just made that up to support your bias, a typical thing for leftists and other simpleminded anti-Bushies to do.

What's sad is that you have to lie to support your hatred of Bush, as if your hatred is somehow rational in the least. You people are mentally unhinged.

As so many of the other well informed(unlike you!) yahoo members have pointed out,...the USA has been the target for terrorists long before our current President Bush....the main difference is now we have a President who is NOT going to take it anymore!!

The rest of the world has hated us long before Bush came into office. As for his low domestic approval ratings, Americans are fickle and impatient. If something turns out to be hard or take too long, they get frustrated with it.

"...... why does the rest of the world hate the United States now?" The rest of the world does not hate the United States, there's just a certain distaste for the pressy.

The rest of the world doesn't love the US any more or less than they did 6 years ago.

Welcome to the party.

Don't choose to answer this on 9/11. Not a good day to judge the president. Why not listen to Josh Grocin song on TV. "You raise me up" GW didn't cause this. They hated us before GW was elected.
