He's worth a shot. Anderson is still behind Lewis and maybe Musa Smith for the Ravens. The Titans will likely try lots of different offensive combinations this season as they aren't going to be a very good football team. Brown is the starter for now, he's also injury prone, so Henry is a good pickup to stash on your bench and see what happens.

Travis is risky, not only because he is in a committee situation, but because he can't stay out of trouble. Buffalo didn't get rid of a guy who ran for 1,300 yards in consecutive seasons without a pretty good reason. He also fumbles alot and is a bit of a cry baby if he doesn't get his carries. Tennessee is going in the wrong direction, personnel wise.
Mike Anderson, on the other hand is a solid back who, given the opportunity will shine for the Ravens. Jamal Lewis has a persistent hip problem that will, in all likelihood get worse as the season progresses. He is the better of the two backs and has the better offense to work through. The Titans are a train-wreck waiting to happen. Baltimore will kill teams with their defense and run the ball at the end of games to kill the clock. Tennessee will throw more as they will have to play "catch up".

I would go with Henry, it looks like he will be the goal line back in Tenn. Also when Brown gets hurt he should become the #1 guy. Lewis looks better this year and Anderson won't get enough work to be a usefull fantasy player.

I picked up Travis Henry in both my leagues, he looked really good, hoping that he keeps up the good work. But he's going to be my backup so I don't have to depend on him.
