Unfortunately, there's no one answer to your question.

First, you would need to determine what is worn out/broken, then I can give you an idea of what's required to fix it.

A 'rebuild' can be as simple as installing new rings on the pistons, cleaning the carbs and installing new spark plugs. Or it could be as complex as a crank rebuild - which requires dis-assembly of the entire engine.

If you can give us more info on why you think it needs to be rebuilt (excess smoking, won't start when it's warm, clatter, huge hole in the cases, etc, etc), then we can give you a basic idea of what's required to fix the problem.
