A friend of mine bought the land that was once known as "The Ronald Gene Simmons" place. Remember back in 1987 when the man (Ronald Gene Simmons) murdered his entire family throughout Christmas Eve and Christmas Day? Its in Dover, Arkansas. He buried the bodies all over the place. He killed his wife, three daughters, two sons, a cousin, and 9 grandchildren. He also went to the next town and killed his want-to-be girlfriend and brought her back and buried her, too. Anyway, the house burned and my friend Lidia bought the five acres (just last month) for an unbelieveably low price. She is now building a new home on the spot where the old one had stood. The problem is that the builders are already starting to get freaked out at occurances happening at the site. I don't want to get into too much detail but "children" have been spotted by workers who claim that these kids are in the woods looking around trees at them, and that these kids can just disappear. Things will be moved around in the morning. A nail gun went off and got one man in the arm. The totally weirdest thing thats happened yet, though, is when they laid the concrete for the foundation. After it dryed, tiny little hand prints could be seen. Spooky, hu?! I think that she made a mistake in this transaction.

Yes, I would. Especially if it's a nice house in a good neighborhood that can be bought at a reduced price due to others avoiding it because of its infamous past.
No, I wouldn't be scared once the locks were all changed. I've never seen a ghost, and I live near the site of a major disaster. No lost souls wandering around here. It's a shame.

I'm baffled as to why you would ask about there being 'not one but several' murders in the house. One would put me off enough thank you. I watched a programme a while back that was looking around houses (for various reasons) and part of it showed a camera that can show up blood splatters and stains that are no longer visible to the naked eye but blood always leaves a residue apparently. They showed a picture of a house that, to us just walking around it, looked completely clean but had a fatal stabbing in it's history and you could see all these blood splatters all over the place through the camera. *shudder*

I'd live in a house where there were several murders in the past. But before I moved in I would do an extensive spiritual cleansing of the house.

I would live in a house where there had been murders in the past and I wouldn't be scared unless they came out from hiding then I would get a priest in to exorcise the place.

Good question, I think I would be too scarred and sickened to live in a house like that, it would always feel unlucky with bad vibes, I think even if I have a priest come and exorcise it wouldn't make me change my mind, no sorry couldn't bring myself to live there.

A house in my street had a fire a few years ago and killed and entire family inc 3 kids. New people have moved in now and have said there's lots of spooky goings on and sounds of children laughing. No way in hell would i go in there!

No, because I think horrific events leave a 'footprint' in a house. I'm not bothered living in a house that someone has died of natural causes though.

I don't know if I'd be scared. But I don't think the house would be too happy or peacful of a place. All of that negative energy still floating around .If it wasn't very creepy it would certainly be a very sad place.
