I am very broke and can't afford soda's etc. So I drink water all day long. At least 10 8oz glasses a day. It tastes okay and I know it should be healthy for me. But is it?

It is recommended by most that a person drink 8-10 cups (8 ounce servings) of water per day. Not drinking enough water can cause numerous negative effects. Headaches, heartburn, sore muscles, high blood pressure, kidney stones, and fatigue could be either caused or worsened by not drinking enough water.

According to the 2005 Grapevine Consumer Confidence report:

"OUR DRINKING WATER MEETS OR EXCEEDS ALL FEDERAL (EPA) DRINKING WATER REQUIREMENTS"

Sweetie.... you may be able to send it to the state for testing if your really concerned.

Boiling the water would help.

I live in Michigan and we have some of the best water in the country...but if you leave a glass of it to sit overnight..the chlorine dissapates and it tastes like crap.

I drink allot of water too but I just don't think about it!
