I beg to differ with everyone. The move was really good and I give props to the writer and director for bringing across the plot soooooo good. People the movie is based around a phone booth. Put yourself in that man's position. Yeah stupid to answer a ringing phone box but he did. Now he can't leave that box or else he's dead. And life as usual throws things at him. You'd probably **** your pants.
What I realise these days is that people don't watch movies for the story. They only want to see the gun fights, the car chases, the sex scenes and then that's it. I would love a movie company to make a movie that consits of only the above, just to prove my point. That would make box office history.
I'd really like ya'll to see Derailed (the 2005 film) and then I'd like to hear your comments about that.

I watched it too and thought it was rubbish too, but it wasn't about his wife and the affair.
It was about the fact that as a press agent, he told lies for a living.
He purposefully told lies to everyone he met to improve his clients' careers and to get into bed with various women.
The killer had decided that he should tell everyone the truth, and become famous himself at the same time, so the whole world would see how much of a horrible person he was.
Knowing that will not make you enjoy the film anymore, but I thought I should tell you anyway !

First of all I can't believe that I actually sat through that entire movie. You're right in that it was pure garbage. Saw it in the theater and spent the entire time staring at my watch hoping to make the time go by quicker. I was with my BF and another couple, so we were sort of stuck. By the time that movie ended I was real close to a full blown panic attack. That has to be the worse movie ever made....and Keifer Sutherland should be totally ashamed of himself for ever having been in it.

Its a psychological thriller. If you want action, get Die Hard.
It was about the guy on the phone giving Stu a chance to make up for all the stuff he's done that he shouldn't. Its about coming clean and being you.
