SERIOUSLY---EVER TRY USING A "BIC" TYPE CIGARETTE LIGHTER IN A SLOW ENOUGH SWEEPING MOTION,CLOSE ENOUGH, TO SINGE AWAY THAT UNWANTED HAIR!!!

Either go to a barber periodically to get a haircut that includes trimming those hairs or get a small clippers and use them in front of a mirror. Don't pull hairs out with a tweezers (to avoid pain and infections) - just snip them.

he could probably commit to trimming it once a week to maintain a short length.
as far as removal, I don't know if they can do electrolosis on ear hair but it doesn't hurt to ask - electrolosis hurts though, so I've heard and it needs to be redone about every month.
Just try to get him to trim once a week, or do it for him when he's watching tv or something. Just put a towel on his shoulders to catch the mess though.

They make an electric razor for that, my husband has one. The cutting edge is maybe a 1/2 inch wide. They work & don't cut your skin. Works on the nose hairs too.

Consult someone who does laser hair removal (check phone book) ... it is permanent and very little hair will ever grow back .. men do their backs..arms ..etc.. as well as women do lots of places ..it's great!
