I wouldn't say that it is abnormal for the attraction but yes, it is illegal for you to get sexually involved. It is called child molestation, and it is not a good charge you are deemed as a sexual predator. Even if the 13 year old wants it he is a minor and cannot legally make that decision. What you need to do is wait until you are 25 and he is 20. I understand that the five years difference in age is still there...but it is not as frowned upon if a 25 year old man and a 20 year old man are together...you are both of sound and mind and you are both consenting ADULTS. But until then I would say that you should probably not even really hang out with this kid if it is going to cause you to grow fonder to him or cause you to want to get sexually involved.

It may be normal to feel the attraction, but it is not legal to act on it. You are FIVE years older, so run for your life. Can you say, "AGAINST the LAW?" No one needs to mess with a 13 yr. old. He is too young to know what is right or wrong for him. That's why he has parents who should protect him from getting himself in over his head. You are older -- an adult at this point. You know it is not right. He may be sexually curious, but you need to steer him away from you, the adult, who will go to JAIL.
This is when you know if you are a man or an animal. A man weighs his options and make the right decision for the right reasons. An animal just does what feels good at the moment without thinking of the consequences. If you want to stay out of jail and keep from being labeled a pedophile (sex offender) for the rest of your life, I would refer him to his school counselor and get you the hell out of reach and keep it that way. Don't do it.

First of all 18 years is no longer a boy it's a young man.. Of course it's illegal to be with a 13 year little girl. What's wrong with you, their are so many young ladies your age. Can't you be man enough for them. You have to try and get a little girl.

Well it all depends on the way you feel about that person.I meen if you do get sexually involved I try my best not to get caught to be on the safe side.Well another thing I am highly against that gay **** that is down right dumb to be a male homosexual.

of course it's a crime. you're 18, he's 13... if i got caught having sex with someone under 18 and my excuse was that "she wanted to" I'm pretty sure the cop will arrest me as well.

listen it is a crime. you are over the leagal age and he is just 13. i can be somewhat normal if you are really immature or if he is really mature.You do need to steer clear of this relationship be cause...1 it is illigal and 2 considering it is a homosexual relationship his parents or even him may be more "out to get you" due to fears and hatred....
