easy, go to most any site and you can get one, hotmail.com, yahoo.com are the easiest and are widely used.

If you're looking to make a Yahoo email account, it would be best to sign out whoever is currently logged in, if anyone. Then on the main yahoo page click on the link that says "Sign Up". After clicking on the link, you will be prompted on a new screen to enter a variety of information, afterwhich you should have your email account up and running. Further details on how to use Y!Mail should be provided after signing up and setting up your account.

just keep adding e-mail addresses to the TO list or to the cc list to send the e-mail to multiple recipients
