I'm looking for anything that will help me totally set up a smooth page. Give me whatever you got. Especially if you know how to upload a song from your computer to your page. Ok, I need nitty gritty details. I'm so internet illiterate. When I post a song clip say from limewire onto a webhost (assuming I can figure that one out), how to I link it to automatically start playing when my page is opened?

Click on the 'Forums' link in the MySpace header. Select "MySpace' as a subject and then customizing. Take some time and read back through the posts...they cover everything. Try one thing at a time...it takes a while. Get a Photobucket account to host your images...

You can post an audio link to a file somewhere else on the 'net, and you can grab music from someone elses profile by clicking on it, but if you want your own music, it has to be remotely hosted on another site or you have to get a music (band) profile.

A band profile would allow u to upload your own music then u can add it to your profile as if u got it from another band profile. Check out www.mygen.co.uk for layouts... u can choose one they already have or you can make one up of your own, they have a "live" preview of what your page should look like... u could also put a music video on there.... www.videocodeszone.com when u find the song u want u just copy and paste the code they give u, most sites have detailed instructions 2 put things on your page... www.slide.com for picture slideshows or www.rockyou.com.

there are a lot of good sites that can help you pimp your myspace. you can google myspace layouts and they will give you a bunch of sites that have codes for different designs and themes for backgrounds, your contact table, and other features. have fun!!
