he is from Mexico city and his mom's maiden name is Cruz, and he was born in feb. and is now about 45. any help?? or is he like some of the mexicans who sleep with white women and leave them to raise their babies alone??

The best chance you have is visiting the actual area he is from in person and asking around, you need to know the street he lives on.
Or try Institute Federal Electoral (Credencial Para Votar). this is where the Mexicans register to vote.
Or try LOCATELL 658 1111 this is a service to find lost people within the Republic of Mexico.
Again good luck I hope you speak Spanish and have Patience in dealing with the Mexican government.

do u know his parents names, maybe in that way u could find the phone number and address.
