depends on how you are rounding it, if you are rounding by tens, everything from 45 - 54 rounds up/down to 50.

If we assume that our rounding-off rule is that the unit digit can be rounded off to nearest ten, then the numbers 45, 47,..., 54 will round to 50. Note that 55 is rounded to 60. Hence the answer is 10 numbers
You might have a different rounding-off rule such as: round off to nearest multiple of 5. Then we have 48,49,50,51,52 rounding to 50.

The rule is anything 5 and above in the ones place, you round up.... anything lower you round down...assuming you are rounding with single whole numbers and not by 5's or 10's

Umm, one. It is 50. You make no sense.
def: round (v); To approximate a number, especially a decimal number by the closest whole number.
Therefore, every WHOLE number which is not 50 rounds to itself.
