I've never bought anything because I don't have a credit card (yet), but I'd durely use it to get books and CDs that I can't find here in Romania.
I heard it's really safe so you shouldn't worry about the money.

Rare Movies on DVD...Blockbuster will order rare movies for ya..but it's a rip off..find them cheaper and brand new on Ebay

Books usually - I have a ten year old avid reader and his room officially has more young adult fiction books than our local library. Ebay has saved me a fortune!
