What i mean is, if the momma/ poppa horse procreates with his/her own son/ daughter (horse), does the parents commit suicide? Are they the only animal that know its wrong to incests?

NO a mare does NOT committ suicide. Where did you hear this hooha story?
Horses are mammals, and thus, they mate, and procreate. When the foal is born, the mother protects it (so does the stallion if they are in a herd) and then the mare gets pregnant again and the cycle continues until the mare dies or gets too old to conceive.

Nope, but very occasionally she'll kick the stallion in the hoo-hahs and he won't be a stallion for much longer and then he may want to take a nose dive of the nearest tall building whilst neighing "goodbye cruel world" but that's about it...
my mare did this, but luckily she just scraped the stallions widgie and didn't do any permanent damage...(could of ended up costing me a small fortune)

Not that I'm aware of. If that were the case, there wouldn't be any horses left on the earth. And I'm not so sure that animals are truly capable of suicide.

No she calls her best friend horse and tells her how bad she feels about the whole thing and that he doesn't respect her any more.
